Torch 42 LLC (hereinafter – the Company) publishes this Agreement governing the terms of use of the website torch42.com (hereinafter – the Site), including:

– terms of use of materials posted on the Site.

The Agreement is set out in a standard and unchanged form for all. Use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the Agreement.

If you disagree with the content of the Agreement or any of its provisions, please leave the Site.

1. General Information

1.1. The Agreement governs the terms of use of the Site and may be amended by the Company without any prior notice.

1.2. The Site may additionally set out terms of use for individual resources, content, privacy policies and personal data protection, etc.

1.3. If the User disagrees with the Agreement, they may not use the Site.

1.4. The Company hereby informs that the Site may provide access to other resources (websites) on the Internet. The Company has no control over such websites, and the User accesses them at their own risk.

1.5. The Company strives to ensure uninterrupted operation of the Site, however it is not liable for full or partial loss of the Site content, or for insufficient quality or speed of viewing such content.

1.6. The Site content may not be used by third parties for public viewing or for commercial purposes without written consent of the Company or the content owner.

1.7. The User uses the Site at their own risk. The User is solely responsible for any damage to their computer or data. The Company is not liable for the Site not meeting the User's purposes.

2. Subject

2.1. All information on the Site is the subject of the Agreement and the property (asset/object used) of the Company, unless otherwise stated on the Site.

3. Rights of the Company

3.1. The Company and/or the site editorial team (hereinafter – the Editorial) have the right to add, modify, delete, or supplement materials and the structure of the Site, and to close the Site (or a section of the Site) at any time without prior notice to the User.

3.2. To move information to another section if, in their opinion, it relates to the relevant topic.

4. Terms of use of materials on the website torch42.com

4.1. The Site contains text and photo-video materials that are subject to copyright and are protected.

The User agrees that they have read the Privacy Policy and accept it without any reservations.

This agreement is a public contract under Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and an adhesion contract under Article 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine for an indefinite number of persons using the site.
